Important Dates Monday, July 11 – Anticipated rollout date and beginning of data entry Friday, September 30 – All eHEPQUAL data entry must be completed April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016 – Review period

Which clients are eligible for review? HCV antibody positive; and newly enrolled in the program during the review period (April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016); and were enrolled in the program for a minimum of 30 days as of April 30, 2016; and were not already on treatment at the time of enrollment clients who passed away during the review period are eligible if they meet the above criteria
