Panic Attack Treatment and Hypnosis

Definition of Panic Attack The most terrifying symptom in psychiatry It can be seen in panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.

Mechanism of the Panic Attack More hypnotizable than the average Similar to hypnosis Hypnosis and self-hypnosis can be used to make the patient to be aware of his or her dissociative capacity and become familiar with the underlying capacity and ability to control it

Treatment of Panic Attack Using psychohypnotherapy, a psychodynamic enlightenment of the patient underlying pathology can occur Pathology can be considered at four levels which are behavioral, cognitive, psychoanalytic, and existential
