Math 7 Skills Check Retakes* *For grades < 80% on any Skills Check. 1.) Re-do or correct your errors either on the Skills Check paper or notebook paper. 2.) Pick-up and complete the #Correct&Retake form from the book shelf in the classroom. Explain your errors or misunderstandings on the Skills Check on this form. Ask for help, if needed. 3.) Staple the #Correct&Retake form to your corrections, and turn in to me. 4.) Retake the Skills Check during Homeroom or at the beginning of class within 3 days of the Skills Check being returned to you (check class whiteboard/blog for due date). NO RE-TAKES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT MEETING THE CRITERIA LISTED ABOVE. Re-Grading will be to 80% max.
