The Lion, The Fox, The Dove BY Saanika mahashetty

In a forest, there lived a lion, a dove,& a very sneaky fox In a forest, there lived a lion, a dove,& a very sneaky fox. One day, the poor lion had nothing to eat all day, so he trudged to a rich fox that looked really kind. However, little did the lion know that the fox was really sneaky.

The lion begged the fox ,”Oh my friendly fox, will you spare me some meat?” “I would be happy to give you some ham,” answered the fox smiling slyly. The fox cracked open a box, packed some ham, & handed the box to the lion. As the lion sprinted home, he heard a wise voice: a dove. The dove cried,” The box is empty. Even though the fox seems kind, he isn’t.” The lion rolled his eyes & skipped away.

His stomach growling, the lion slumped under a tree, and OUT His stomach growling, the lion slumped under a tree, and OUT! popped the lid of the box. The box was empty! The wise dove flew over the lion and exclaimed,” I told you, the fox is very sneaky.”
