BTS 2016;1:494-509 Expression of TSG-6 in Human Coronary Arteries From Patients Without and With CAD Representative normal coronary arteries (A and B) from a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy (male, age 34 years) and nonstenotic coronary arteries (C and D) from a patient with previous myocardial infarction (male, age 78 years), and representative stenotic coronary arteries (E to I) from a patient with previous myocardial infarction (male, age 62 years) were stained with anti–TSG-6 antibody (A to F); anti-α-SMA antibody, a VSMC marker (G); Masson’s Trichrome, a collagen fiber marker (H); and anti-CD68 antibody, a macrophage marker (I).
