QIPP Providing value for money by standardising the national framework for career and training pathways. MSC is a major enabler of workforce change based on skills and competencies required to deliver a service for pathology. The education and training framework is focused on preparing the workforce for future needs and providing consistent standards. Harnessing scientific and technical advances. Greater focus on prevention and early intervention, enabling care to be delivered closer to the patient.
