We read The Deep Blue Sea and followed up by sequencing the events in the story and making our own individual book to help us retell the story. We are working making complete sentences and using our writer’s eyes to check for the capital letter at the beginning and punctuation at the end! Our routines continue to be practiced…thank you for checking assignment notebooks, folders and now reading envelopes! The Captains pod did such a super job in the lunchroom, that we were rewarded with music while we ate!
