Introduction Our senior project this semester will involve complete development of a theoretical medical building. We will determine preliminary design, building and fire code requirements, the site location, and begin the preliminary building estimates. Final Location We chose location 2 Decision was based on location, price, and lot size Only 3 acres will be used Sell the remaining 2.5 acres for roughly $100,000 A total of around $150,000 invested after selling land
