It’s raining, it’s pouring the old man is snoring Rainy Patterns It’s raining, it’s pouring the old man is snoring He went to bed and bumped his head And couldn’t get up in the morning E C Drip Drop E C G A G A Pit- ter Pat- ter

How did I Do? Marks out of 10: 1-3 I could play the ‘Splash’ pattern using a thumb brush strum, I was mostly in time with the music. I could play ‘Drip Drop’ but was sometimes out of time or played the wrong strings at the wrong time. I found it hard remembering which string to play when. ‘Pitter-Patter’ was difficult when we played along with the other parts. I don’t know if I was playing the right strings at the right time. 4-6 I could play the ‘Splash’ pattern using a thumb brush strum, I was in time with the music. I could play ‘Drip Drop’ and I was mostly in time with the music. ‘Pitter-Patter’ was ok but I did occasionally get the notes muddled up, or I played too fast or too slowly. I tried to use my thumb and finger alternately. 7-8 I could play ‘Drip Drop’ and I was in time with the music. ‘Pitter-Patter’ was fine, using my finger and thumb alternately was tricky, but I managed it with practice. I was in time with the music. 9-10 I could play ‘Pitter-Patter’. I used my finger and thumb alternately and I was in time with the music.
