Walk Like Jesus in Humility
Humility is hard when you really believe you are better.
- And yet trying to be so humble about everything can also be quite prideful too.
Notice what a true attitude of humility looks like: Phil 2:3-4 - Do nothing out of selfish ambition. Rather, in humility, value others above yourselves. Think of others as better than yourself.
Phil. 2:5-8 - Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross!

Jesus came in the most humble of ways
Luke 1:51 - He has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts
Luke 1:52 - He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble.
Luke 9:48 "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For he who is least among you all--he is the greatest."
Luke 14:10 - When you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, 'Friend, move up to a better place.'
Luke 14:13 - But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind,
Luke 22:26 - But you are not to be like that Luke 22:26 - But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.
Luke 23:33-34 - When they came to the place called the Skull, there they crucified him, along with the criminals--one on his right, the other on his left. Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."
