Cycle of Analysis – Stage 3 Develop

Where are we? We have no completed both the investigative and analysis stages of the cycle of analysis. Now you must create your own personalised PDP (Personal Development Programme) You will see an example of a very basic PDP. You should use this template to design your own.

Your PDP must include... 6 weeks worth of work At least 3 sessions per week (1 period = 1 session) Remember we have 4 practical sessions per week. Each session must be a minimum of 20 minutes Time to retest at the midway point and at the end (Mental Q’s, Fitness Test, Scatter and PAR) After each session you must record in a Training Diary Before/During/After sessions you must also include your mental training programme
