You were so special as a baby, You were born a Jew From early age the Laws were taught to You Childlike you obeyed them as a good child should And as you grew older the Laws were understood.

Being fully human you were tested just like us Fighting the evil one the Father you could trust We are also human, but our sins let you down Our sinning adds thorns to your crown. In You we see the Father and You showed us how to live You taught us that although we sin He’s willing to forgive Through Your death and resurrection life with You awaits We’re fearless when we enter Heavens gates.
