2. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR INNOVATION How was the opportunity for innovation identified? How was it prioritized? How was the stakeholder buy-in acquired? Who sponsored the project? How was the team formed How were the resources/budget determined and obtained for the project?

3. INNOVATION PROCESS What preliminary research was carried out (list sources)? Explain the process of Idea generation? How many potential solutions were generated? How were the potential ideas evaluated and compared? How was concept developed?

4. PROCESS How was the feasibility of the concept evaluated? What tools / techniques were used for analyzing feasibility? Was any Risk Assessment carried out (including risk mitigation)? How was the concept tested / validated and proven for implementation?
