Pre-Listening Do we rely too much on the technology we use? What happened the last time your computer broke down? Listen to the IT technician explaining what’s wrong with your laptop. How much will it cost to fix?

Listen again and answer the questions 1. Who’s the message for? Colin 2. Who’s it from? PC repair shop 3. When did he leave the laptop at the shop? Last week 4.
