Once you register in the system, you will start by taking a series of self assessments including Work Interests, Personal Characteristics, Entry Level Skills, Transferrable Skills and Specific Skills

Once you complete even one assessment, you will be provided potential job matches based on your answers. From there, you can begin to explore your career options.
This is called the Job Display page This is called the Job Display page. On this page you can learn more about a job title, the core skills for that job and even take objective tests that will help you assess your current level of competencies for each core skill so you can target your training requirements.
There is also integrated employment information in the system and you can search for jobs straight from the dashboard page. This leads you straight to the details of an actual job and how to apply.
