PREHISTORIC Iron Age 700BC-AD43 Bronze Age 2400-700BC Neolithic 4000BC Prehistory can refer to the period of human oxistence before the avail abity of those written records.

Roman AD43-410 The Roman Empire ( Latin Imperium Romanum ) was the post-Repiblican period of the ancient Roman civilitzacion.

Saxon & Viking 410-1066 The Anglo-Saxons were the population in Britain partly descended from the Germanic tribes.

MEDIEVAL 1066-1485 The Middle Ages are so called as the middle period between the decline of the Roman Empire and the Renaissance. The early Middle Ages are often referred to as the Dark Ages. The Middle Ages are also referred to as the Medieval era.

16th & 17th centuries Tudors 1485-1603 The Tudor Period is the period between 1485 and 1603 in England an Wales. It coincides with the rule of the Tudor dynasty.

18th & 19th centuries Victorians 1837-1901 The Victorian era of British history was the period of Queen Victoria’s reign from 20 June 1837.Until her death on 22 January 1901.

MODERN 1901 The Modern history also referred to has the modern period or the modern era. Is the historiographical approach to the time frame after the post classical era.
