What is a Portfolio? It is a purposeful collection of your work that exhibits your knowledge, efforts, progress, and achievements in one or more areas.
Why Use a Portfolio? Allows you to show what you know in your voice

Guidelines Do Not submit class worksheets or handouts. Must be in hard copy format Reflection of your learning experience
Reflections ONE entry per week Typed Written as narrative, journal entries or table format. Include the date and entry number. You must answer the K-W-L questions: K: What did I know before the unit/prior knowledge? W: What do I want to know or need to know? Or How will I find out? L: What have I learned?
Required Artifacts Vocabulary May be in games or puzzle format May be in index card format Use your imagination-(please get approval for your idea prior to implementing)
