The Fitz Center for Leadership in Community neighborhoods, city and region Community Based Service Learning (Joanne Troha, Director) --> primary focus: Neighborhood School Centers and Fitz Center partner agencies Additional Fitz Center programs featuring service learning Semester of Service Dayton Civic Scholars River Stewards The Center for Social Concern locally, across the US, and abroad Community Outreach (Kelly Bohrer, Coordinator) --> service/advocacy clubs, REAL Dayton, MLK Justice retreat --> numerous community partner contacts and volunteer opps Examples of other CSD programming in service learning Alternative Breakouts SOA vigil Plunges Immersions
