Nolan Warner Week 12 REU

Paper! I have been learning Latex and all about writing technical papers. I am currently working touching up a first draft. I plan on adding new information a I progress with current tests.

Weight Predications On a bad predication, update a second time. Use a stronger weight because of confidence from better prediction. Helps compensate for occlusion.
