What Is EVCs Status? 2010: Comprehensive Self Study Warning 2012: Follow-up Report Reaffirmed 2013: Mid-term report Probation Progress towards Reaffirmation Spring 2015: Follow up Report due March Fall 2016: Full Self Study due October
