Weekly Time Card Section 1.3

In jobs that pay by the hour either the employee or the employer is required to keep track of a weekly time card. In many cases these weekly time cards are electronic.

A weekly time card is a record of when the employee signed in, when the employee signed out, and the number of hours worked. At the end of the week the number of hours worked is totaled. The time card is not official until the employee signs off that it is an accurate account of hours worked.

Example Thomas just turned in his time card for the 1st week of August. Complete the table to find the number of hours he worked in the 1st week.
