Upon entering the building is was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of gear that was on display. The products and boxes were everywhere and it gave a feeling of chaos and excitement. I asked the man behind the counter where I needed to be and he told me to go upstairs. Service

I found the guitar and bass section and asked one of the employers there about bass distortion pedal. He was helpful and set me up with a amplifier and the pedals to give them a try. He then left me alone to try the pedals. The amount of guitar gear was exciting and the fact that he just left me alone with the gear gave me a pleasant feeling. Service

After my testing I had a talk with the two employees about different bass effects. They were nice and knowledgeable. Service

Like Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extended testing of gear. A lot of gear, lots to choose from. Dislike A lot of boxes and gear everywhere, cluttered. Somewhat outdated front, no real image.
