Wilderness Survival Quiz Record your answers on the piece of typing paper. Staple it to the back of your packet.

1. What should you do to lower stress and keep a clear head in a survival situation? Realize where you are and don't build up hope that you'll be rescued. Learn to see the positive in everything.
