What is CIRCABC ? CIRCABC stands for Communication and Information Resource Centre for Administrations, Businesses and Citizens. It is a software application used to create collaborative workspaces where communities of users can work together over the web and share information and resources. CIRCABC is used extensively by the European Institutions. Some interest groups are public (ie. they can be visited without formalities). Others are restricted (ie. only accessible using a login password).

Reminder of the CIRCABC structure for the A6465WG A64&A65WG (Correction Coefficients and Remuneration Indicators) – Restricted Library folder "Documents from 2016-03 meeting of A64&A65WG" (created for the nominated delegates) A64&A65WG (Correction Coefficients and Remuneration Indicators) - Public Library folder "Documents from 2016-03 meeting of A64&A65WG" (currently empty pending meeting decision) https://circabc.europa.eu

Restricted dissemination of documents In the first instance the documents and powerpoint presentations for the meeting are covered by Reg.1049/2001 exemption 1 (decision in progress). They are consequently NOT AUTHORISED FOR DISSEMINATION and are only accessible from the restricted CIRCABC website by nominated national delegates (using their individual login/password). ie. Must not be communicated by delegates to anybody outside the Working Group who is not directly concerned in data supply. Not even to other departments of government.
