Tech fills out info that will be sent to management After Tech finishes the Work Order, a new Activity will be assigned to the branch Owner, for example “ALTOM300660”
Manager chooses saved query to see open part requests Mark the Activity “Status” to “Done when you have ordered the part/s.
Part Request Activity created, SR set to Waiting, Parts
When parts are received by management or tech, who ever receives the part sets SR to “Parts Received” When “Parts Received” is set, an “Unscheduled” Activity is created with the branch Owner assigned. This allows the branch dispatcher to schedule the return repair.
