Terminal Learning Objective Action: Demonstrate After Action Review Proficiency Condition: You are training to become an ACE with access to ICAM course handouts, readings, spreadsheet tools, and awareness of Operational Environment (OE) variables and actors Standard: With at least 80% accuracy: Prepare reconciliation from scenario data Prepare and Deliver AAR briefing Demonstrate understanding of the causes of variances

After Action Review for: ________Organization of your choice________ Plan Actual Delta Your Name 200 150 50 250 (50) 175 25 225 (25) - Total 1000 Hero Villain False Hero Unlucky Perfect Control Name your organization and its components. Define roles: Commander (most senior), hero, villain, false hero, unlucky, and perfect control. Subordinates make up stories to explain their deltas in keeping with their named role. Commanders respond to presentations when presented in class.
