About Us 1999 Founded as OrthoRx, principal product line was a manufacturer neutral stock-and-bill program 2005 Introduced a physician owned and operated program 2010 Sold stock-and-bill division to focus exclusively on physician owned programs. Company became Ancillary Advantage 2011 Introduced MyAncillary DME Practice Management System 2013 30 practices / 300 physicians using MyAncillary. Launched MyAncillary Mobile, MyAncillary Connect and MyAncillary @Home Today, we are the largest independent (not owned by a manufacturer) provider of physician owned and operated orthopaedic bracing programs Our corporate headquarters are located in Plano, TX. Our Services Staffing Product Sourcing We recruit, train and manage the clinical staff operating the bracing program We either provide employees through a leasing agreement or we work with designated clinic employees Product Sourcing We are manufacturer neutral, with products available from over 130 different manufacturers and transparent, cost-based pricing We conduct product fairs where physicians and staff are able to evaluate product alternatives We manage vendor relationships, including sales reps calling on the practice We monitor new product announcements and payer coding changes to keep our practices up-to-date with the best product selection, both clinically and financially

Our Services Revenue Management We offer our revenue management services in two configurations: Turnkey program - we handle the total billing and collections process A la carte program – we tailor our program to supplement a practice’s existing billing and collections process Our services include: Pre-certifications Point-of-Care Compliance Documentation and Claim Scrubbing Billing and Collections Denial and Audit Support Reporting and Accountability Consulting and Staff Training Compliance at the Patient Point of Care Electronic Billing and Collections Denial and Audit Support Reporting and Accountability

Our Services Program Management Management Oversight Each practice is overseen by an Area Manager who is responsible for all aspects of the program’s success Monthly management reports detail utilization and profitability MyAncillary Practice Management Software Designed specifically for orthopaedic bracing Integrated barcode scanning and electronic product ordering MyAncillary Connect - HL7 interface connects to any practice EMR MyAncillary Mobile - Payer rules engine enforces compliance at the point of service, including electronic documents and electronic signature capture. MyAncillary @Home - HIPAA compliant, allows patients to print receipts for insurance, review product instructions and check on their next bracing appointment

By the Numbers Benefits - Proven Results Every practice using the Ancillary program is operating profitably with per physician collections running 55% better than the typical DIY practice Practices using our turnkey revenue management services are, on average, collecting 95% of allowable billed charges Practices using our inventory management services are carrying 70 days or less inventory on their shelves with minimal shrinkage Costs - How We Charge for Our Services Practice pays for the products – products are priced at our acquisition cost If selected as an option, practice pays for the leased employee – no markup on employee direct costs We charge a management fee that is a percent of gross profit and ranges from 15% to 25% depending upon the service options selected Company Overview Slide 6
