Our process and tools Adopted team rules to create framework and shared expectations. Conducted effective weekly conference calls (18) with defined leadership roles. Developed strong team orientation—investment, commitment, accountability. Collaboration tools: Wiki, WebEx, Google Docs, Conference Bridges
