Speeding - Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIPS) Notices of Intended Prosecution Speeding - Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIPS) Since the introduction of vehicle telematics we have seen a steady reduction in the amount of Notice of Intended Prosecutions raised against Network Rail employees when driving our vehicles fitted with VSWS Hire vehicles that are not fitted with VSWS have not decreased in NIPs at the same rate This data supports the theory that the implementation of vehicle telematics to Network Rails fleet is promoting positive safer driving behaviours.
