Master of Business Administration Core module [ 12 ECTS ] ■ Leadership Lab ■ Ethics , Responsibility and Sustainability Track module [ 18 ECTS ] tailor your study based on your interests and preferences by choosing one track module out of 14 tracks for an in - depth study of a particular discipline Electives [ 12 ECTS ] □ either deepen the track with 1 or 2 courses from the track optional courses □ or , broaden your horizon with 1 or 2 courses from a list of courses in other tracks □ or , broaden your horizon with 1 or 2 courses from a list of FEB - wide electives □ or , do a business project In the Leadership Lab you will get an overview of leadership styles and of how people behave in various situation. Moreover, it will help you to identify and develop the leadership style which best fits your personality through experience-based workshops. The Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility course aims to prepare for decision-making in ethical dilemma situations, both at individual and at organizational level. It will allow you to reflect on your own underlying values and how they can offer guidance when facing value conflicts. The course also reflects on how business and society interact. The format is practice-oriented through the analysis and reflection of case studies. So, you have a lot of choice. Only 15 of the 60 credits are filled in, viz. the core module and the Business Research Methods course; but 45 credits you can tailor to your own preferences: the track module, the electives and the subject of your master thesis. An exchange in the extended Master What is it? 60 cr. at FEB + 30 cr. abroad → 1 semester extra! You do not replace FEB courses with courses abroad, but you select an additional module programme of minimum 30 cr. (maximum 36 cr.)

When am I eligible for an exchange in the extended Master? Be enrolled in FEB Master BA or HW Have max. 12 credits left to take in the preceding preparatory programme
