Lightweight process One phone call every two weeks Not demanding for the participants URT is mainly a communication channel To share information between EGI and PTs Any need to change the formula?

Updates from EGI

UMD 3.2.0 As announced it has been released on December 12th It contains the following products: APEL, Argus, BDII Site,BDII Top, BDII core, BLAH, Cream-ge, Cream EMI UI, Emir, Glexec, GridFTP, Gridsite Gridway, LB, Unicore-X6, Yaim-core WMS, dCache, QCG full stack

Next UMD releases UMD has independent releases for UMD-2 and UMD-3 UMD-2 will have an update to release dCache and BDII after the TF (as soon as they are tested). UMD-3 One update every 6~8 weeks: One update at the end of October One update before xmas Emergency updates for bugs, security updates and dependency issues will be asynchronous

SHA-2 calendar Previously EUGridPMA CAs were planning to release SHA-2 based certificates from 1st of October 2013 Pressure for the infrastructure to upgrade but also for the PTs to implement SHA-2 support where needed UMD-3 is fully compliant, UMD-2 misses dCache New timeline: SHA-2 certificates not before 1st December 2013 Unlikely to have other delays

SHA-2 testing of new releases There are two more months to test SHA-2 Yay! EGI SA2 verifiers have SHA-2 certificates used to verify recent middleware releases If there is something missing, we can help  Enable the VOMS in the services that need to be tested Provide the commands (and the hostnames) to test the authentication on these services from an EMI UI Contact us!
