ECARS - INCOMPLETE SERVICE REQUESTS

For demonstration purposes of an Incomplete Service Request We need to start with a New Service Request Select customer

Click on Source Code for customer

Click on Contract

Must Complete all required Fields AND Click Save

but you want to complete the request at a later time or date Click home While creating the New Service Request you take a break or you run out of time but you want to complete the request at a later time or date

Next day Click on Incomplete Service Request

Click on Search

incomplete request you Click on Edit button of incomplete request you want to complete

Continue with next input… just as if you were creating a New Service Request
