A MODEL OF JOELSVILLE WV THE AMAZING CELL A MODEL OF JOELSVILLE WV

cell membrane The cell membrane is most like the border of Joelsville because both are the outside and both let stuff in and out.

cytoplasm The air in our amazing town of Joelsville is most like the cytoplasm in a cell.

LYSOMES The lysomes in a town are most like a police station because both “Protect and serve”.

mitochondria The mitochondria and the power plant are the most alike in a town.

ribosomes Ribosomes are the little factories in the cell that produce proteins.

Endoplasmic Reticulum The endoplasmic reticulum or E.R. for short is a highway for proteins.

Golgi body The Golgi Body for short is a post office that packages proteins and ships them on the E.R.

Nuclear Membrane The nuclear membrane is the wall that lets certain things in and out.

Nucleus The nucleus is the control center of the cell. Regulating cell activities with DNA.

chromosomes The chromosomes are the in information that the cell uses to replicate its self.
