BEDC Young Professionals Group (YPG) The BEDC Young Professionals Group (YPG)will target working professionals between the ages of 21 – 35 in Eagle Pass and the region. The YPG will help RETAIN local talent. This group will meet monthly provide networking opportunities for its members. YPG members will be provided the opportunity to advocate for issues that impact working professionals and are inline with the overall goals and objectives of the Eagle Pass BEDC. YPG leadership will be approved by the Eagle Pass BEDC. YPG may elect its officers, which will be ratified by the Eagle Pass BEDC Executive Committee. YPG will fall under the BEDC Labor Workforce & Training and Executive Labor Mentoring Sub-Committee. EMC Strategy Group, LLC will serve as the professional staff advisors for the YPG.
