Anticipated Revenue and Expenses

Summary Agreed to an 18 month extension with Aramark to expire July 31, 2015. As part of agreement, Aramark will make a $30,000 capital investment to be used for improvements to the existing dining operations. Things being considered are new equipment, new booths/tables, signage for serving lines , etc. Aramark will also be conducting a program called MarketView during the Fall 2013 semester. This program will provide the university with intelligence gathered from students, faculty, and staff to inspire a brighter and more successful food and dining experience. Faculty Lunch & Learning (L&L) program launched in Spring 2013 to foster a nourishing opportunity to enhance faculty: student interaction and engagement outside of the classroom.
