How to use the Alignment- Interest and influence Matrix? What do you need? A flipchart Markers of different colours A diverse group with knowledge on the topic to address Prepare by drawing the matrix on the flipchart paper. Only the axis. Do not include the recommendations inside each quadrant.

How to use the Alignment- Interest and influence Matrix? In a group, answer 6 questions: Who are the actors you work with directly and who participate in the process? List them on a piece of paper or on an empty flipchart 2.How do all these stakeholders currently map to the Alignment-Interest Matrix? Map the actors on the matrix Consider trends by drawing arrows to illustrate the direction in which they are headed 3. Which are the most influential actors? Draw a circle around the most influential actors
