What? You have been hired by a family who does not want a cake for their family member’s birthday. Instead they want 12-18 cupcakes that are decorated and placed on a themed display. You must use your teamwork, planning and creativity to come up with a cupcake design for this family.

Rules You must submit a lab plan that contains the following: Theme Flavor of cupcakes –vanilla or chocolate List of supplies you need A drawing of your display

Schedule Today: Planning day-drawings are due today of your display. Choose a theme first and then create your design Day #2: Make and bake cupcakes and work on display Day #3: Frost cupcakes and create display. Judging will take place Day #4: Find out results and eat rest of cupcakes
