Human Performance Conference Deliverable: A conference to create a proactive focus on reducing human error within the WECC regional utilities, to address precursors that impact system reliability, and to identify and share successful human performance initiatives. Western Electricity Coordinating Council GOWG Met recently on June 6, 2018 Inverter issue (NERC survey, Inverter task force, etc) working with WECC staff on various WECC policies that are applicable to generators to determine if they are still in effect, if any NERC standards have superseded them, and to provide an overall awareness of their existence. An example would be the WECC Model Unit Validation Policy and whether MOD-026 and MOD-027 supersede it. Resource adequacy and the changing resource mix and how it will affect the WECC footprint. EPAS Charter Modifications Added detail to our monthly review (Charter was very generic previously) “Review NERC Event Analysis Brief Reports and other event reports” Entities can have more than one member but only one vote. “The EPAS shall be comprised of representatives of WECC members.
