Objectives of this workshop Review and assess the outcomes of the national-level activities funded by the DA-project and evaluate the impact of the county grants for advancing CRVS improvement within the 5 beneficiary countries Provide a forum for exchanging experiences, taking stock of and documenting good practices that address improvements to national CRVS systems and the implementation of the Regional Action Framework Identify and consolidate lessons learned and formulate specific recommendations on the replication of project activities for improving CRVS systems in a broader set of countries Based on reports received by 8 April 2016.

Documentation of lessons learned Responds to frequent country requests Short paper documenting the national activities conducted in the 5 project countries. Will give an overview of the CRVS improvement activities/ projects, key outcomes, lessons learned and recommendations. This paper will serve as a reference document for use by the secretariat for planning future technical assistance activities, and by member states interested in conducting similar country-level activities. Will be shared for review and then on www.getinthepicture.org
