Get out your Abstract Word paragraph Discussion of Concrete/Abstract paragraph (handout green packet) -Share examples & show process of revising to eliminate abstract terms using the handout  - Continue with deliberately choosing words for an effect on our readers Go through your paragraph and circle all abstract words in your paragraph Now rewrite your paragraph and TAKE OUT all the abstract words.
