Cutting list All cut lengths of the individual sections/rails are specified in the parts list. The dimensions labelled “center onderste gat tot zaagsnede” (for "center-to-center distance from bottom hole to cutting line") & “zaagmaat kaliber / maat totaal” (for "cut dimension jig / total length") and required for cutting the drilled rails are specified ; please make sure to send these dimensions to our production department. Calculations tab sheet The cut dimension "cutting jig" applies only to sections cut to length with Duco's proprietary cutting jig. 28-2-2019

Cutting to length Cut all sections to size. 1. Both the top and the bottom rail P1406610 at frame width -80mm. 2. 60F series blade P1163410 at frame width -80mm. 3. Stile cover trim P14073-10 at frame height 6mm. 28-2-2019

Cutting the stiles to size L.H. R.H. L.H. R.H. When cutting the stiles, make sure to always place the cutting jig at the bottom of the section. To check whether the section is long enough at the bottom, the Lux 40 series section should be visible through the Ø 10 hole prepared in the jig. (Alternately, instead of looking through the hole, it should not be possible to poke a Ø 10 pin or a M10 bolt through the frame profile.) Cut the section to “maat zaagmal” (for "length by cutting jig") using the cutting jig. Remove the cutting jig and put the cut profile with its cutting line flat against the cutting jig. Cut the section at “maat totaal” (for "total length") WITHOUT using the cutting jig. Remark: In case no cutting jig is available, us the measure “afstand center onderste gat tot zaagsnede” (for "center-to-center distance from bottom hole to cutting line") instead. Bottom 28-2-2019

Fitting sequence Using the drilling jig K0001732, drill ø 6.5 mm holes at the top and bottom of the stiles T14072-20/22, to permanently secure the top and bottom rail. Make sure the drilling jig is a tight fit against the extreme end of the vertical profiles and hold it in position using a quick action clamp or an F-clamp. 28-2-2019

Fitting sequence Fix the stiles T14072-20/22 to both the top and bottom rail P1406610 using 8 M6 x 30 screws (G0100525). 28-2-2019

Fitting sequence Fix the blades P11634-10 to the stiles T14072-20/22 with four M3.5 x 19 screws G0000102 for each blade. Remark: Please take note of the correct positioning ! 28-2-2019

Fitting sequence Fit the four cover caps G0100522 on the ends of stiles. 28-2-2019

These positions vary depending upon what the customer ordered ! *Place the suspension bracket G0013031 or G0013080 on the top rail of the slide using the positioning jig. Be sure the hole provided in the suspension bracket, to accommodate the suspension bracket screw, points towards the rear of the slide. Fasten it with four A2 stainless steel M 4.8 x 19 self-drilling screws with PH 2 drive, to DIN 7504-M (G0000227). Do this for both sides of the slide. A choice of three possible fixing positions of the suspension bracket (G0013031 or G0013080) is available : These positions vary depending upon what the customer ordered ! 1) Standard position at 150 mm, for manually operated slides ; 2) underneath the actuator at 200 mm, for motorized single slides ; 3) With motorized symmetrical slides : underneath the actuator at 200 mm ; in the center at 2 x 100 mm ; at the return pulley at 150 mm ; 4) With motorized triple slides : underneath the actuator at 200 mm ; at the opposite side of the motorized actuator at 170 mm ; the other two slides at 150 mm. These different positions can be set by shifting of removing the pin, depending on the position by the suspension bracket. 28-2-2019

Place the bottom guide base (G0100700) on the bottom rail of the slide using the positioning jig. Fasten it with an A2 stainless steel M 3.9 x 19 self-drilling screw with PH 2 drive, to DIN 7504-O (G0100528). Do this for both sides of the slide. 28-2-2019

CE label Put the CE-label on a visible spot, for example on the side of the frame (do not put it on the blades) Make sure the label fits good on the frame.
