What is GWPRICE for? It is a software programme for making up Lists of materials and Quantities estimates

What does GWPRICE provide? -With GWPRICE it is possible to produce Lists of materials (cost estimates of the material) from scratch or by importing files generated by the programmes GWCAD -GWPRICE also enables handling customer/supplier data

General features -The programme is available on CD or can be downloaded from the Gewiss Portal -Easy to install, use and update

PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT With GWPRICE it is possible to handle the names of client, so that they can be automatically inserted in the documentation. The selection of the list can be done by a search engine

To insert new client, click on the button New. For each client it is possible to set personalised discounts or mark-ups PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

In the same way, also suppliers can be handled

PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT In the Telephone book it is possible to display the complete list of all clients and suppliers

CONFIGURATION The data of your own company can be set in the menu Tools/Configuring in the table Users data

It has a structure of 3 modules LIST OF MATERIALS BLANK SHEET Body: this is the blank sheet, the table in which to enter the codes to make up the List of materials Total: in this module it is possible to set discounts/mark-ups on the grand total Header: this is where the general data are entered. The customer can be selected from the personal database (Browse)

In the programme, there is the entire GEWISS PRICE LIST, including all the products in the 6 catalogues split by family of products. These figures cannot be altered. LIST OF MATERIALS PRICE LIST It is possible to display the first 100 or all the codes

A product can be selected from the PRICE LIST using a search engine that enables identifying the product either from the code or the description (or part of it), even by just using 2 key words (e.g. plate - gold) A product can be looked for: -in the family (if known) by positioning in the relative folder -in the entire list, positioning on the price list folder LIST OF MATERIALS PRICE LIST

The command Align horizontally makes it possible to see all the various windows open on the screen LIST OF MATERIALS

To produce a List of materials from scratch, it is possible to insert the products in the blank table by taking them from the Price list and double clicking on the code concerned. Selecting several codes with the keys Ctrl and Cap, they can be entered in the table by just one operation (dragging them). LIST OF MATERIALS double click +

It is also possible to import a List of materials generated with the GWCAD programme: -click on the Open Document button - select the file generated by GWCAD (.iem) - Open (or double click on the file) >>> LIST OF MATERIALS

… this gives the List of materials. At this point it is possible to repeat the operation to attach other lists to that just imported (again generated by GWCAD). Codes can also be eliminated by highlighting them and cancelling them with the button Del (on the keyboard). LIST OF MATERIALS

The List of materials obtained can be supplemented and/or altered: - other codes can be added by taking them from a list (in the archive) - other new codes can be added manually (not present in the price lists) - all the information of codes entered can be altered (data, texts, etc.) There can also be set amounts of discount/charge for each product

The general data can be inserted through the module Header. The clients data can be taken (Browse) from the client personal data list. LIST OF MATERIALS

In the module Total there can be set a discount or increase (in % or in Euro) on the general total

LIST OF MATERIALS The List of materials can be structured in tree form, with an unlimited number of levels: -position the cursor on the module Body -click on the button New (or right mouse button) -give a name to the new knot New

LIST OF MATERIALS The command Delete (or right mouse button) is for eliminating the levels generated. The command Properties is for changing the name of the levels generated. DeleteProperties

LIST OF MATERIALS Set discounts After click on the Recapitulation, using the command Set discounts it is possible to allocate: -personalised discounts or charge for customers -unconditional discounts or charge (i.e. the same for all the articles)

New LIST OF MATERIALS PRICE LIST It is possible to manually insert a personalised price list in which to insert new products split by family: -position the cursor on the table Price list -click on New (or right mouse button) and name the new price list >>>

LIST OF MATERIALS PRICE LIST New … -click by the cursor on the table of the article -click New (or righ mouse button) and fill in all the data for the product

To insert other price lists in the programme in METEL format (.dat) or text format (.txt): -position the cursor on the folder Articles list - click on Import (or right mouse button) - etc. Import LIST OF MATERIALS PRICE LIST
