Day 32 Stretching and Compressing graphs
Introduction A comparison between the parent functions and other functions multiplied by constants reveals that some function appears stretched while others compressed. Our interest is to find out which kind of constants makes the functions stretched or compressed. We have will discuss these, based on the two main categories, vertical and horizontal stretch or compression.
