[View PPE Allocation] Introduction Vault offers a number of ways to determine which Person or Vehicle a particular PPE Item is allocated to If your Organisation has inventory control turned on, you can view PPE allocations right from the PPE Inventory Register If enabled, this is found under Assets in the Menu Bar

[View PPE Allocation] Employee / Contractor Holdings Locate the item of interest in the PPE Register, and click Actions then Employee or Contractor Holdings A list of the People in this category holding current PPE allocations is displayed Note that Employee Holdings will return Workers and any other Person Types your Organisation has enabled.

[View PPE Allocation] PPE Reporting If your Organisation does not have inventory control enabled, a view of PPE allocation is possible via the Basic Reporting Suite, found under Governance in the Menu Bar Select Personal Protective Equipment from the drop-down to display all PPE-related reports The PPE Allocated By report shows allocations grouped by Person or Transport Item, whereas the ‘PPE Issued by Item’ report shows allocations grouped by the PPE item

[View PPE Allocation] Worker / Vehicle Records PPE Allocations are also visible in the PPE tab of Worker, Contracted Worker and Other Person Type records, and in the Equipment Allocated tab for Vehicles and other items in the Transport Register Help with allocating PPE to People or Vehicles is available in the Support Portal
