Simple Tele-health (Flo) ~ Trial This system is accessed via your mobile phone. It gives you prompts and advice to act on if you need a little more assistance. The system lets you, your nurse or GP monitor your condition by text messages on your mobile phone. Some surgeries are trialling this for hypertension which means the condition can be monitored without patients having to attend the surgery each time. If your surgery is taking part and you would like your hypertension monitored in this way then contact Reception. Your surgery should have leaflets explaining the process .
