Phosphates, Arsenates and Vanadates This class is based on XO43- anionic complexes where X is P5+ (0.35Å), As5+ (0.46Å) and V5+ (0.59Å), larger than S6+ (0.30Å). The similarity in the size of the large X cation gives rise to several solid solution series within this class.
