Measuring Events - Evolution Situation Currently measure attendance within fiscal year Need Compare attendance between types of events Understand growth and attendance of events by type Questions Are the events making a difference? Do individuals come to various types of events? What recorded post event interactions occur?

Event Analytics – Institutional Needs Measures Repeat attendance Post event attendance interactions Institutional follow up indicating a developing relationship Do measures show variation based on event type Chapter Affinity Group Academic Ceremony Young Alumni Fundraising Donor Stewardship/Recognition Hospitality Do measures show variation based on University or College/Unit based
