Project Overview The video is a piece of promotional material for a game called Street Fury. The video will show off a character from the game and will be used to gain interest for the game and its Kickstarter Campaign. The video will be uploaded to YouTube as it is a poplar platform and due to its annotation feature will be perfect for the video’s interactive aspect. The video will use a interactive feature to engage the audience. The interactive feature will take the form of two options, earthier to fight the Grunts or fight the Boss. By using annotations placed over the graphics in the video, it will give the impression that the graphics are interactive and when selected will earthier send them to a separate video with the corresponding ending or if all the endings are in the same video, jumping to where that option starts on the time line. Genre: Action, Beat’um Ups & 80s Purpose: Promotional Material Style: 80’s, side scroller beat’um ups Platform: YouTube Duration: 30 seconds Audience: 16+ Fans of 80s styled side beat’um ups

Design, setting and style Depending on character chosen for final video Disco Inferno Disco Inferno’s Backstory: “Stuck” in the 70s, Disco Inferno can’t deal with the change of the 80s. To regain what he calls the “70s Flow,” he travels around defeating gang members as he thinks they are to blame for the change that the 80s has brought to his beloved era. The area were the Grunts and the Boss are found is a Disco. This is what the alley will look like in the first 3-4 sections of the storyboard This is what the disco will look like where the gang is encountered.
