Results 190 survey responses recorded in Qualtrics 117 valid responses 77 (66%) were successful in finding the electronic resources they were looking for and, 40 (34%) were unsuccessful The majority of respondents were undergraduate students (69%) CRICOS Provider code 00301J

Two responses contained information about availability even through the survey was not formally completed.
