Read each problem carefully Read each problem carefully. Use your calculator to help you solve the problems.

Quinn has a job walking her neighbors’ dogs. She makes $2 Quinn has a job walking her neighbors’ dogs. She makes $2.75 for every dog she walks. How much will she make if she walks 5 dogs every day for 7 days?

A stamp measures ¾ inches wide by 9/10 inches long. Find the area of the stamp by multiplying ¾ x 9/10

3 A b/c 4 x 9 A b/c 10 = 27/40 inches

Remember “of” means “x” so ¼ “of” 2/3 means 1 A b/c 4 x 2 A b/c 3 = 1/6 of the pizza

Mariah took 4 trips to visit her cousins. She traveled 274 Mariah took 4 trips to visit her cousins. She traveled 274.68 miles in all. If she traveled the same distance each time, how far did she travel on each trip?

¾ “of” 2/3 means ¾ x 2/3 3 A b/c 4 x 2 A b/c 3 = ½ of the games

  1 A b/c 3 x 8 A b/c 2 A b/c 5 = 2 4/5 bins
